This program was prepared to provide practical help regarding university entrance information and major selection to high school students and exam candidates in the area.

The mentoring will take place from April 10 to June 30, and students can choose their preferred mentor and date from among 500 university senior mentors to receive 35 minutes of online voice mentoring. After the mentoring session, a summarized mentoring note will also be provided to help students review the key points.

Applications for mentoring can be submitted after signing up on the Namyangju Talent Development Support Center website. Ninety participants will be selected through a random system draw, and the results will be announced on the website on April 9.

To provide more professional entrance exam counseling, Namyangju City has additionally established the ‘Namyangju University Entrance Exam Expert Pool’ this year.

Through this expansion of the expert pool, not only general university entrance counseling but also experts in various fields such as music, art, physical education, and rural area admissions have newly joined. This is expected to enable more systematic and professional customized consulting for students preparing for arts and special admissions.

The Director of Future Education in Namyangju City said, “Since practical information is important in the university entrance preparation process, we will provide more systematic entrance exam support to students through university senior mentoring and expert counseling,” adding, “We will continue to prepare various programs that actively support students’ career paths and admissions to enhance educational competitiveness.”

Meanwhile, the city plans to conduct ‘Career and Admission Consulting’ for high school first and second graders in May, as well as ‘University Entrance Explanation Sessions’ in June and ‘Early Admission Consulting’ in August.
