Doosan Construction will launch sales of ‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station N49’ located in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, this April. This complex is expected to become a landmark in the area, featuring proximity to the station, excellent living infrastructure, and a natural environment.
Doosan We’ve The Zenith Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station N49 is a high-rise residential-commercial complex located in the general commercial area of Hopyeong Housing District in Namyangju City. It consists of 3 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground, comprising 548 apartment units and commercial facilities. The apartments include highly preferred exclusive areas of 74㎡ and 84㎡, as well as penthouses. The project is being implemented by Central N49 PFV, composed of Namyangju Urban Corporation, MD Partners, and Busan Bank, with Doosan Construction responsible for construction.
Doosan Construction ranks second domestically in the construction of high-rise residential complex buildings, standing out in the field of high-rise apartment construction. ‘Haeundae Doosan We’ve The Zenith’ located in Haeundae, Busan, made history as the first residential building in Korea to surpass a height of 300 meters, setting a new milestone for high-rise residential complexes. Doosan Construction’s technology and expertise are expected to be key factors supporting the quality of N49.
The greatest strength of the complex is its ultra-station-front location. It is just a 2-minute walk from Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station (Gyeongchun Line), making commuting convenient. The Pyeongnae IC on the Suseok-Hopyeong Urban Expressway is nearby, allowing access to Jamsil Station within 20 minutes. It is also easy to travel to the northeastern area of Seoul via Singyeongchun-ro. Once the GTX-B (planned) line, scheduled to open in 2030, is completed, commuting time to Seoul Station is expected to be drastically reduced from over an hour to within 20 minutes.
The community facilities within the complex will include a fitness center, screen golf, lounge, small library, daycare center, and kids club. Doosan Construction plans to create a comprehensive residential complex space that considers residents’ health, leisure, education, and community activities.
