Eco Delta City Atera consists of a large-scale complex with 16 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 16 above-ground floors, totaling 1,025 households. The main unit sizes supplied are 59㎡ and 84㎡. This complex, supplied through a private participation public housing project, features 63% of the total units as 59㎡ units. It is expected to attract significant interest, especially from demanders who prefer smaller-sized units.

The interior spaces are designed with residential convenience in mind, featuring rational residential flow and efficient space configuration. The 59㎡ Type C unit includes a powder room and dressing room in the master bedroom, allowing for separated use of space. The kitchen is equipped with a midway cabinet to secure storage space. The outdoor unit room, which was previously located on the front balcony of the master bedroom, has been relocated to the utility room side to reduce noise. The 84㎡ Type A unit can be optionally equipped with a large entrance storage for strollers and seasonal items, a home bar, and a kitchen pantry. A corridor pantry can also be configured according to preference. Additionally, advanced smart safety systems such as multifunctional smart switches are applied. Glass railings that provide a sense of openness are also planned.

Various community facilities will be provided within the complex. A sky lounge, guest house, multipurpose indoor gymnasium, and kids’ room are planned. With the establishment of lifestyle infrastructure facilities, residential convenience is expected to increase.

The Hyundai Premium Outlet Busan branch will be developed near the complex. Opposite the outlet, a large waterfront park and a central commercial district are planned. Nearby is the Noksan National Industrial Complex, which houses the Busan factories of Nongshim, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, and Renault Korea.

In the vicinity of the complex, a wide-area transportation infrastructure connecting all of Busan, including the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway and the Gangseo Line, is expected to be established. The Bujeon-Masan double-track railway aims to open in the second half of 2028. A kindergarten and elementary school are planned to be built in front of the complex, and middle and high schools are located within walking distance.

A sales official stated, "This complex is expected to be highly preferred by both actual residents and investors due to its excellent living conditions and various development benefits."
