Recruiting Outstanding Talents to Lead AI, Digital Transformation, and ESG Initiatives
The Korean Standards Association announced on the 24th that it will conduct open recruitment for regular full-time new graduates and experienced positions in 2025. This recruitment aims to strengthen the role of the knowledge service institution leading digital transformation and ESG (environment, social, and governance) management, and to secure creative and proactive talents who will contribute to the development of the national industry.
Founded in 1962, the association has led national standardization policies and contributed to quality innovation and talent development in the industrial sector. Recently, it has focused on digital innovation, consulting, and expanding certification services to respond to changes in the future industrial environment such as the 4th Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence (AI), and ESG.
The recruitment process will proceed in the order of ▲document screening ▲written test ▲interview ▲employment medical examination, and the final successful candidates will be assigned to various departments of the association to perform related duties. Applications can be submitted through the Korean Standards Association recruitment website starting from the 7th of next month.
An association official stated, “Through this recruitment, we plan to secure competent talents who can actively respond to the changing industrial environment and promote the association’s sustainable growth and the strengthening of national industrial competitiveness,” adding, “We look forward to the interest and applications of outstanding talents.”
