The win-win brand is a mutual growth model with a virtuous cycle structure, where large and small-medium enterprises cooperate to develop products and return a portion of the sales profits to local SMEs (small business owners). Previously, in July last year, Daesang signed a four-party business agreement with Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, Jeju Economic and Trade Promotion Agency, and the Win-Win Growth Committee to launch the 'Jeju Region Win-Win Brand Products.'

Through this, they pledged to simultaneously carry out projects such as ▲supporting capacity building for SMEs participating in the win-win brand launch ▲planning win-win brand products and promoting brand marketing ▲establishing a system for returning benefits to the local community, and to strive to create a virtuous cycle system for mutual growth. Additionally, Daesang uniquely introduced a CIC (Company in Company) organization within Jeju Special Self-Governing Province in the domestic food industry. Through this, they are conducting various win-win cooperation activities with the local community, including regional development, expanding distribution business, fostering tourism product development, and developing new products using local specialties.

The first products, the two types of Cheongjeongwon Jeju Eggs, consist of 'Cheongjeong Jeju Animal Welfare Certified Eggs' and 'Grade 1 Jeju Eggs Antibiotic-Free Large Eggs.' Both products have obtained antibiotic-free certification and Jeju Quality Certification (JQ), and only eggs produced from farms certified with 'CLF (Clean Livestock Farm),' which accounts for about 10% of all farms, were used.

Daesang will be responsible for marketing, design, and distribution of the two types of Cheongjeongwon Jeju Eggs and plans to return a portion of the product sales profits to the local community to promote urban-rural exchange. Kim Joo-hee, head of Daesang’s Win-Win Growth Office, said, "We will continue to lead the spread of a win-win growth culture and promote good consumption and value consumption activities through close cooperation with capable SMEs."
