Bando Construction’s ‘Banwoldang Station Bando Yubora’ model house, located in Namsan-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, has been attracting a continuous flow of visitors, reflecting the intense enthusiasm of prospective buyers.
Since opening on March 21, the Banwoldang Station Bando Yubora model house saw a huge crowd over the first three weekend days, with many visitors eager to directly experience Daegu’s most central premium complex. In particular, there was a steady line to tour the individual unit models inside the showroom, and the consultation desks were busy throughout the day.
A sales representative at the model house stated, “Due to its highly valuable location as a transfer station area and exit station premium near Banwoldang Station, it has attracted significant interest even before opening,” adding, “With excellent product quality and a reasonable sale price compared to recently completed projects in Daegu, we expect good results in the subscription process.”
A visitor living in an older apartment in Suseong-gu said, “Although Banwoldang is Daegu’s representative central area, new sales have been rare compared to other regions, so I had been waiting for Bando Yubora with some regret. After seeing it in person, the location right in front of exits for lines 1 and 2 is excellent, and the sale price is reasonable. Competition will be fierce, but I will definitely try to win the subscription.”
Visitors who checked the model and unit interiors agreed, “We heard Bando Construction is famous for its floor plans, and seeing them in person, the layouts are well designed and the interiors look luxurious.” There was also positive feedback and high expectations for the large-scale community facilities relative to the number of units and the branded commercial facility ‘Papier’ within the complex.
There was also praise for the sale price. ‘Banwoldang Station Bando Yubora’ is priced in the 600 million KRW range, which is considered reasonable given that it is a post-sale project, offers free balcony expansion, and includes various complimentary items with no additional costs.
Notably, from June, the mandatory 5th-grade certification for ‘Zero Energy Buildings’ will apply to private apartments, which is expected to increase prices for new sales complexes. Additionally, from July, the Stress DSR Stage 3 will be implemented, significantly reducing loan limits. Therefore, real buyers see ‘Banwoldang Station Bando Yubora,’ which is not subject to Stage 3, as the optimal complex for purchasing a home.
‘Banwoldang Station Bando Yubora’ is located at Banwoldang Intersection, allowing quick access to major downtown areas via Jungang-daero and Sincheon-daero. It is situated right in front of The Hyundai Daegu branch and offers abundant living infrastructure including Dong-A Department Store Shopping Center, Seomun Market, Daegu Dongsan Hospital, Kyungpook National University Hospital, and the Modern Culture Street. Furthermore, in July 2024, with the designation of the ‘Dongsung-ro Tourism Special Zone’ and the ‘Dongsung-ro Renaissance Project,’ the Dongsung-ro area is planned to become Daegu’s cultural and tourism core, enhancing the future value of ‘Banwoldang Station Bando Yubora.’
All unit types in ‘Banwoldang Station Bando Yubora’ consist of the highly preferred exclusive 84㎡, boasting unobstructed city views. High-end community facilities such as a guest house, fitness center, and family library are located on the 4th floor, maximizing openness even when using the amenities. Additionally, it is connected to Bando Construction’s branded commercial facility ‘Papier,’ allowing convenient one-stop living within the complex.
‘Banwoldang Station Bando Yubora’ will conduct special supply on the 24th (Monday), first-priority subscription on the 25th (Tuesday), and second-priority subscription on the 26th (Wednesday). Winners will be announced on April 1, and official contracts will be signed over three days starting April 14 (Monday).
Subscription applicants must be 19 years or older residing in Daegu Metropolitan City or Gyeongsangbuk-do, with at least six months of subscription account membership. If deposit amounts by region and area are met, both household heads and members can apply for first-priority subscription regardless of income requirements. The resale restriction period is six months from the announcement date of winners.
Meanwhile, the model house is open near Gukchaebosang-ro in Suseong-gu, and Costco memberships will be given to subscription winners.
