[Special Stock] Thanks to 'KBOppang'... SPC Samlip Rises

As of 9:10 AM on the 24th, SPC Samlip's stock price is recorded at 55,600 won, up 4.51% from the previous trading day's closing price. This is attributed to the strong sales of the 'KBO Bread' launched to coincide with the start of the professional baseball season, as well as the possibility of quarterly dividends.

Earlier, SPC Samlip announced that the 'KBO Bread' released on the 20th achieved sales of 1 million units in the shortest period among its products. The KBO Bread features characteristics of nine teams, excluding the Lotte Giants. The packaging and contents of the bread vary by team, and each bread includes a sticker featuring the team's representative players, mascots, and national team lineup.

Meanwhile, SPC Samlip will hold its regular shareholders' meeting on the 26th to approve an amendment to the articles of incorporation to establish regulations for quarterly dividends. This amendment will allow the board of directors to declare quarterly dividends within 45 days from the end of March, June, and September.
