Kang Taeyoung, NH Bank President, Says "Continue Communication to Expand Consensus" at Rank-Based Meeting

NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 24th that it held five position-level meetings at the bank headquarters from the 11th to the 21st under the theme "Changing Together, Leading the Future."

About 300 executives and employees from the central headquarters attended the meetings and freely exchanged opinions with the bank president on the topic of "Nonghyup Bank's development direction in response to changes in the financial paradigm."

The meetings were conducted in a Q&A format by position, focusing on five key themes emphasized by the bank president in his inaugural speech: co-growth with customers, enhancing the dignity of finance, reestablishing principles, performance-oriented management, and customer value.

Kang Tae-young, president of Nonghyup Bank, stated, "I hope this meeting served as an opportunity for executives and employees to collectively consider ways to enhance the 'dignity' of Nonghyup Bank," adding, "We will continue to communicate with employees and expand consensus on customer-centricity and adherence to principles."
