Wildfire in Hamyang... Two Helicopters Deployed Urgently

While firefighting personnel are working hard to contain the wildfires in Sancheong and Gimhae, Gyeongnam, another wildfire broke out in Hamyang at around 12:25 p.m. on the 23rd.

It has been confirmed that a large amount of smoke is being emitted from the midpoint of the mountain at the wildfire site.

Upon receiving a report stating, "There is a fire in the mountain and a lot of smoke," the fire authorities initially deployed two helicopters along with firefighting personnel to contain the blaze, and plan to dispatch two additional helicopters.
