This project was initiated to guarantee rest conditions for homeroom teachers working in the area by granting them one day of special leave and dispatching substitute teachers to the respective daycare centers.

Homeroom teachers who have worked at the same daycare center in the area for more than three years (as of March 17, 2025) can apply for special leave on the Namyangju Childcare Comprehensive Support Center website with the approval of the daycare center director, and must submit related documents such as an application form separately.

For more details, inquiries can be made to the Childcare Support Team at the Namyangju Childcare Comprehensive Support Center.

A Namyangju City official stated, “A pleasant working environment for childcare staff directly leads to high-quality childcare services,” and added, “We will continue to prepare various support measures to improve the working conditions of childcare staff.”
