The 47 newly appointed members of the Learning Coaching Team will provide customized academic guidance at elementary and middle schools in the Gumi and Gimcheon areas starting in April.

The Learning Coaching Team will visit students in need of academic support and provide instruction on learning strategies and methods over 27 sessions, focusing on enhancing students' emotional stability.

In particular, the team plans to offer tailored support based on each student's academic level to improve academic achievement and build confidence.

Additionally, through monthly case meetings, on-site support, and competency-building training, the team will enhance its expertise. During school vacations, a "Happy Camp" will be operated to help students improve their social and emotional skills.

Through these efforts, students will be supported not only in their studies but also in their overall growth and development.

The Gumi Basic Academic Skills Support Center comprehensively analyzes students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral factors, collaborates with related organizations, and implements systematic academic support.

Shin Woonshik, Director of Educational Support, said, "We hope that through the customized learning coaching program, students will accumulate small successes, increasing their motivation and confidence," adding, "We will do our best to help students form a positive self-identity."
