Jinan County Successfully Holds 'Spring Music Concert' at Culture House Mai Hall

Providing Opportunities for Cultural Enjoyment

The Jinan County in North Jeolla Province successfully concluded the Spring Music Concert "Melody on the Flower Road" at the Mai Hall of Jinan Culture House on the 20th, receiving enthusiastic responses from both residents and visitors.

According to the county on the 21st, this concert was organized to provide residents with opportunities to enjoy high-quality cultural experiences, and over 250 people attended.

The concert featured a rich and diverse lineup, including the Keulnamu Orchestra, sopranos Kim Areum and Lee Aram, tenors Park Dongil and Lee Cheol, baritone Heo Jeonghoe, bass Lee Daehyeok, musical actors Kim Seoyu and Lee Sangheun, as well as the JSM Musical Company.

In particular, the program was composed of familiar movie and musical OSTs arranged in a classical style, allowing the audience to enjoy the music more easily. This approach was met with great enthusiasm, and moments of emotion and joy continued throughout the performance.

Kim Jonggil, head of the Culture and Sports Department, said, "I am grateful that so many residents came to the concert despite the sudden return of the cold snap," and added, "We will continue to do our best to expand cultural opportunities for residents and improve quality of life through various cultural and artistic events."

The county plans to continue supporting and promoting various programs to vitalize culture and the arts. Scheduled cultural events include the "Spring Music Concert Together, Spring" in April, the family musical "The Witch Is My Friend" in May, the autumn music concert "Melody of an Autumn Night" in September, and the "Peace Music Concert" in October, all of which will provide residents with diverse cultural experiences.
