GS Construction Wins Redevelopment Project in Macheon 3 Redevelopment Promotion Zone Worth 1.0142 Trillion KRW

GS Construction announced on the 21st that it has won the redevelopment project for the Macheon 3 Redevelopment Promotion Zone.

The contract amount is 1,014.22 billion KRW, which corresponds to 7.55% of the sales revenue at the end of 2023.

The contract period is 42 months from the actual start of construction. The Macheon 3 Zone project involves constructing 2,321 apartment units and ancillary welfare facilities in 20 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors at 283 Macheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
