On the 20th, the administrative welfare center in Habuk-myeon, Yangsan-si, Gyeongnam, conducted a joint emergency drill in the civil service office together with the Habuk Police Substation.

This drill focused on responding to various emergency situations that may occur during civil service interactions, such as verbal abuse and physical assault. The main points included: understanding the assigned roles of the response team, checking the operation of the emergency bell linked to the police comprehensive situation room, and familiarizing staff with the use of portable protective equipment.

Shin Hongsoo, head of Habuk-myeon, stated, "Malicious civil complaints are a threat not only to public officials but also to residents visiting the civil service office. We will continue to create a safe environment in the civil service office through an organic cooperation system and regular joint drills with the Habuk Police Substation."
