Interest and anticipation are rising regarding the lucky winners of the "Catch the 333 Golden Maehwa" GET event, one of the biggest highlights of the 24th Gwangyang Maehwa Festival.

The city of Gwangyang announced on the 21st that a prize draw will be held at 2 p.m. on the 25th in the Cooperation Room on the 5th floor of the Gwangyang City Council, with Festival Promotion Committee Chairman Kim Jongho and representatives from sponsoring companies in attendance.

The draw will select a total of 19 winners: two for the first prize of a gold bar worth 3.33 million won, four for the second prize of a Galaxy Tab S10+, twelve for the third prize of a Galaxy Watch 44mm, and one special prize of an 18K gold ring (half don).

To ensure transparency and fairness, the event will be conducted live on YouTube in the presence of the police. The YouTube live broadcast will be held on the Union Media channel and is scheduled to open at 1:30 p.m. on the day of the draw. Winners will be notified immediately via phone call, and if the call is not successful, a new winner will be selected right away.

Kim Miran, head of the Tourism Division, said, "The 'Catch the 333 Golden Maehwa' GET event has brought hope and excitement to citizens and tourists visiting the 24th Gwangyang Maehwa Festival," and added, "Since a new winner will be selected immediately if the call does not connect, we hope everyone will pay close attention to the prize draw."
