In this competition, the county had a total of three village enterprises selected: one new enterprise and two for advancement. The newly selected village enterprise is “Imsil Samsamoo Cheongchun Haetsal,” which will operate a cafe and bakery utilizing idle spaces, aiming to establish a sustainable business foundation and enhance capabilities as a village enterprise.
Additionally, two village enterprises were selected for the advancement project: “Imsil Red Farm Agricultural Cooperative Corporation” (sales of raw tomatoes and experience programs) and “Seomjingang Daseulgi Village” (production of processed freshwater snail products). The advancement project supports outstanding village enterprises with excellent operational performance and realization of village enterprise values to grow as leading village enterprises.

Additionally, the county plans to provide further support using county funds, including customized assistance for product development, promotion, and market expansion, to ensure the selected village enterprises can continue to grow.

I hope this will be an opportunity for them to blossom with the customized support they will receive. We will continue to actively support village enterprises with various policies to increase jobs and income, helping them grow further and strengthen their competitiveness.”
