- Bando Construction Collaborates with World-Renowned Pop Artists Craig&Karl
- Distinctive Design Elements Applied, Including Curtain Wall Exterior

Bando Construction’s ‘Godeok Yubora The Crest’ is set to welcome residents by the end of March. This complex was developed in collaboration with the world-renowned pop artists Craig&Karl, creating a residential community infused with artistic sensibility. Combining distinctive sculptures and unique aesthetic elements, it offers a special living environment where residents can experience art in their daily lives.

Craig&Karl are globally acclaimed artists recognized for their stylish illustrations and vibrant color palettes that blend popular appeal with artistic value. ‘Godeok Yubora The Crest’ incorporates Craig&Karl’s designs throughout the complex to create an artistic space. The exterior features a luxurious curtain wall finish, and various areas such as the central plaza, commercial gate, common halls, and sculptures within the plaza showcase Craig&Karl’s artworks.

The commercial facility within the complex, ‘Papier Godeok,’ also applies Craig&Karl’s creative designs, featuring an interior that stands out from typical commercial spaces. The stylish interior and striking yet sophisticated sculptures provide visitors with opportunities to encounter art in everyday life.

A sales representative explained, “Godeok Yubora The Crest is a unique space where art, commerce, and popular culture come together, offering residents new experiences. Collaborating with world-class pop artists enhances the value of the complex, and it is expected to become a landmark in the region.”

‘Godeok Yubora The Crest’ consists of two blocks with a total of 1,116 units. Block 9-1-1 comprises 560 units ranging from 59 to 84 square meters, with floors from basement level 4 to ground level 3 up to a maximum of 45 floors. Block 9-2-1 includes 556 units of the same size range, with floors from basement level 4 to ground level 3 up to a maximum of 41 floors.

The complex boasts a maximum height of 45 floors, offering an unobstructed sky view that captures the surrounding area at a glance. Notably, while most private supply units in Godeok New Town are medium to large-sized, ‘Godeok Yubora The Crest’ stands out with its units sized between 59 and 84 square meters, emphasizing its rarity.

Various community facilities are provided for residents’ convenience, including a golf practice range, screen golf course, fitness center, smart farm, and Moms Station, allowing residents to enjoy a healthy and leisurely lifestyle.

To encourage move-ins, a rental matching service is offered. For more details, please visit the move-in service lounge or the move-in website.
