Viewing and Opinion Submission Starts on the 21st... 20,091 Individual Houses

Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced that from January 1 of this year, the individual housing (draft) price viewing and opinion submission period will be held from the 21st to the 9th of next month, and the collective housing (draft) price viewing and opinion submission period will be held until the 2nd of next month.

The houses subject to this viewing include 20,091 individual houses (detached and multi-family) and 330,793 collective houses (apartments, row houses, multi-family houses). These can be checked at the tax department of the district office where the house is located or on the Real Estate Public Price Notification website.


During the viewing period, housing owners or legally interested parties who have opinions on the assessed housing prices can submit their opinions to the tax department of the district office where the individual house is located, or to the Korea Real Estate Board Goyang branch for collective houses.


The city will conduct a re-investigation and verification process for the housing prices on which opinions have been submitted, individually notify the results to the opinion submitters, and the individual housing price (draft) and the submitted opinion prices will be reviewed by the Goyang City Real Estate Price Public Notice Committee and officially decided and announced on April 30.


An official from Goyang Special City stated, “Since housing prices are used as basic data for various tax impositions, we ask for the active interest and participation of citizens in the viewing and opinion submission process.”
