Ulju-gun Accepts Public Viewing and Opinions on This Year's Individual Official Land Prices

Ulsan Ulju County will accept requests for viewing and submitting opinions on the 2025 individual official land price, based on January 1, from June 21 to July 9.

This viewing and opinion submission period is being held to gather opinions from landowners and stakeholders on the calculated and verified prices before the final decision and announcement of the individual official land price on July 30, in order to ensure accurate public disclosure.

Ulju County has completed the calculation of individual official land prices and verification by certified appraisers for 265,296 individual land parcels, and will allow landowners and stakeholders to view the individual official land prices.

Those who wish to view the prices can call or visit the Civil Petition and Cadastral Division at the county office or the civil petition offices in the towns and townships where the land is located, or check through the Ulju County website or the Real Estate Official Price Notification Service.

Landowners or stakeholders who have opinions after viewing the individual official land price can fill out an opinion form available at the Ulju County Office or town/township civil petition offices and submit it in person, or submit it through the Ulju County website or the Real Estate Official Price Notification Service.

The county will re-investigate the land prices for which opinions have been submitted, including land characteristics surveys, selection of comparable standard land, and appropriateness of the price calculation. After verification by certified appraisers and review by the Ulju County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, the results will be notified to those who submitted opinions, and the final decision and disclosure will be made on July 30.

An official from Ulju County stated, "Since the individual official land price is used as data for calculating national and local taxes and various charges, we hope landowners and stakeholders will pay close attention and review the information."
