The Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency Metropolitan Women's New Employment Center announced on the 21st that it conducted job competency enhancement training for new employees over two days at the Munheon Traditional Hotel in Seocheon, starting on the 20th.

The training consisted of practical programs such as 'Understanding the Organization and Basic Attitude for New Employees,' 'Official Document Writing,' and 'Team Building Using Recreation.'

Additionally, the healing program using singing bowls provided participants with time to relieve stress and stabilize their minds and bodies, receiving a positive response from attendees.

A center representative said, "We hope that through this training, new employees will be able to adapt quickly to their work," adding, "We will continue to enhance the professionalism of our staff through systematic training."
