Dongducheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Park Hyung-deok) announced on the 21st that the individual housing prices, which serve as the basis for tax imposition this year, will be available for viewing by homeowners and legally interested parties until April 9th, and opinions will be accepted.
The individual housing prices available for viewing this time are based on January 1, 2025, and comprehensively evaluate the buildings and attached land of houses, including single-family and multi-family homes, totaling 6,692 units. Dongducheon City surveyed housing characteristics from December last year to February this year to calculate the prices and completed the price validity verification by the Korea Real Estate Board.
Accordingly, local homeowners and interested parties can view the individual housing prices from March 21 to April 9 at the City Hall Tax Division or through the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s Real Estate Price Disclosure website. Owners with opinions can submit an opinion submission form to the Tax Division.
The submitted opinion prices will be re-investigated for balance with nearby housing prices or standard housing prices, and after deliberation by the Dongducheon City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, the prices will be finalized and announced on April 30.
Meanwhile, prices of apartments and multi-family housing, which are jointly owned housing types surveyed and calculated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, can be viewed until April 2 on the Ministry’s Real Estate Price Disclosure website and at the Dongducheon City Tax Division.
