Providing Convenience for Visitors to Hiking Trails and Forest Bathing Areas
Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Chung-woo) carried out well installation facility improvement work on the 19th to keep the restrooms at Hwanghaksan Forest Bathing Area open at all times in celebration of the first year of Yeoju tourism.
Hwanghaksan Forest Bathing Area in Yeoju is a popular spot among citizens, known as a place where you can enjoy a refreshing forest bath and feel a comfortable peace of mind the more you walk.
The permanent opening of the restrooms at Hwanghaksan Forest Bathing Area has been maintained so that visitors can use them throughout all four seasons, and it is expected to become a healing destination.
Jang Hong-gi, Director of the Forest Park Division, said, "We plan to continuously maintain the environment of forest bathing areas, arboretums, and hiking trails, especially during busy weekends and holidays in spring. We will do our best to improve citizens' health and quality of life."
