Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) will operate a period for viewing prices and submitting opinions on the proposed real estate public announcement prices as of January 1, 2025, from the 21st to April 9.
The individual housing prices for 11,629 houses in the area can be viewed on the city hall website or the Real Estate Public Announcement Price Information System. Owners and interested parties can submit their opinions to the Taxation Division of the city hall after reviewing the prices.
Additionally, approximately 160,000 multi-family housing units (apartments, row houses, multiplexes, etc.) in the area can be viewed and opinions submitted through the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Real Estate Public Announcement Price Information System. Opinions can also be submitted to the Uijeongbu branch of the Korea Real Estate Board and the Taxation Division of the city hall.
Uijeongbu City will re-investigate the individual housing prices for which opinions have been submitted, considering housing characteristics and balance with nearby prices, then notify the submitters of the results after verification by the Korea Real Estate Board and deliberation by the Uijeongbu City Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee. The final individual and multi-family housing prices will be decided and announced on April 30.
