Recruiting Three Companies Until the 28th
Support Provided for Design and Manufacturing Processes
Daejeon Technopark announced that it is recruiting companies to participate in the "System Semiconductor Technology Support Project" aimed at strengthening the capabilities of system semiconductor design companies, with applications open until the 28th.
The plan is to support the system semiconductor design and manufacturing process, including advanced design (EDA), commercialization of packaging and measurement inspection (MI), prototype manufacturing (MPW), and design verification, to help system semiconductor companies secure technological competitiveness.
This year's project has a total budget of 240 million KRW, selecting three companies to provide up to 80 million KRW per company.
Eligible applicants are system semiconductor design-related companies with headquarters or factories located in Daejeon, and the final selection will be made through an evaluation process.
Kim Wooyeon, President of Daejeon TP, stated, "Among Daejeon's six strategic industries of ABCD+QR, the nano and semiconductor industry is focused on semiconductors and advanced materials, which are key to the development of other strategic industries," and added, "We will continue to promote various projects to strengthen companies' capabilities and activate connections with strategic industries."
