Paju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) announced that the prices of 25,614 individual houses as of January 1, 2025, will be available for review by homeowners or interested parties from March 21 to April 9, and related opinions will be accepted.

The individual house prices can be checked on the Real Estate Public Price Informer or by visiting the Taxation Division.
If there are any opinions regarding the individual house prices, download the "Individual House Price Opinion Form" posted on the Paju City website → Civil Complaints → Civil Complaint Guide & Forms, fill it out, and submit it by visiting the Taxation Division or by mail.
Submitted opinions will be re-examined to verify whether the prices are balanced with nearby houses or standard houses, and the final decision and announcement will be made on April 30.
A Paju City official stated, "House prices serve as the tax base for local and national taxes, as well as the basis for calculating health insurance premiums, basic pensions, and various charges, so homeowners and interested parties are encouraged to review the house prices within the designated period."
