Started in 1954, the German iF Design Award is considered one of the global top three design awards alongside Germany's Red Dot and the United States' IDEA (International Design Excellence Awards). Lotte Chemical won in the 'Professional Concept' category among nine fields. With this award, Lotte Chemical has now received a total of 26 awards from the world's top three design awards.
Natural Way is a design solution that enhances color, pattern, and texture. It is also eco-friendly, applying recycled particles to an environmentally friendly material made with recycled polycarbonate. This work, submitted for mobility interiors, can be utilized not only in mobility but also in various industries such as home appliances, TV, and IT.
Hwang Min-jae, Head of Advanced Materials Business at Lotte Chemical, stated, "We will lead the changing market based on Lotte Chemical's differentiated technological capabilities," adding, "We will continue to expand growth centered on high value-added specialty products."
