The West Sea Regional Coast Guard (Chief Lee Myungjun) will hire 38 young interns as part of a government-wide initiative to promote youth employment.
According to the West Sea Regional Coast Guard on the 21st, the recruitment field is administration, and the number of positions by institution is as follows: ▲West Sea Regional Coast Guard 7 ▲Mokpo Coast Guard 7 ▲Gunsan Coast Guard 6 ▲Yeosu Coast Guard 6 ▲Wando Coast Guard 6 ▲Buan Coast Guard 6.
The program aims to provide young people preparing to enter society with experience in public institution duties and policy participation. Anyone between the ages of 19 and 34, as defined by the Youth Basic Act, is eligible to apply.
The selected youth interns will work for six months starting in April, five days a week (40 hours), and will have the opportunity to experience various Coast Guard duties such as administrative support and policy promotion assistance.
Applications can be submitted via email starting from the 24th. After interviews and other selection processes, the final successful candidates will be announced in mid-April.
