Kumho Construction Opens Model House for ‘Eco Delta City Atera’ in Busan

Model House Opens from the 21st
Large Complex with 16 Buildings and 1,025 Households

Kumho Construction announced on the 21st that it will open the model house for ‘Eco Delta City Atera,’ supplied in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan.

‘Eco Delta City Atera,’ supplied through a private-participation public sale housing project, will be composed of 16 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 16 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,025 households. About 63% of the total households will be supplied with an exclusive area of 59㎡.

Apartments with an exclusive area of 84㎡ are eligible for first-priority subscription if the applicant has been a member of the subscription savings account for more than 6 months, has made at least 6 monthly payments, resides in Busan, Ulsan, or Gyeongnam, and is a household member aged 19 or older without home ownership (one application per household). For the 59㎡ exclusive area, in addition to these conditions, all household members must have an average monthly income below 100%, and meet the real estate and automobile asset ownership criteria as of the date of the resident recruitment announcement to qualify for first-priority subscription.

The subscription schedule will proceed starting with special supply on the 31st of this month, followed by first priority on the 1st and second priority on the 2nd. The winners will be announced on the 8th.

Eco Delta City Atera is expected to be equipped with various living infrastructure facilities by the time residents move in. Hyundai Premium Outlet Busan Branch has obtained building permits from Gangseo-gu, Busan, and is expected to begin construction. Opposite the outlet, a large waterfront park and a central commercial district are planned.

There is an industrial complex nearby, enabling close proximity between residence and workplace. Near the complex are the Noksan National Industrial Complex, which houses Busan factories of Nongshim, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, and Renault Korea, as well as various key industrial complexes in Busan such as Hwajeon District General Industrial Complex, Busan New Port Hinterland International Industrial Complex, and Sasang Industrial Area General Industrial Complex.

Schools are also adjacent. Kindergartens and elementary schools are planned in front of the complex, with middle and high schools within walking distance. Last month, the construction of ‘Eco3 High School,’ scheduled to open near the complex, passed the Ministry of Education’s review.
