The corporate planning organization led by Vice President Kim is responding to market changes under the motto "From Uncertainty to Execution." Specifically, it is promoting operational innovation based on three goals: ▲ proactive response ▲ strengthening data-driven decision-making systems ▲ maximizing synergy among organizations.

He emphasized that the background of SK Hynix's major achievements lies in thorough market analysis and data-based "strategic decision-making." He said, "Although the memory market experienced an unprecedented downturn in 2023, proactive investments based on market research led to record-high performance last year," adding, "Infrastructure investments such as the construction of M15X will be an important foundation to respond to new demand."

Vice President Kim stated, "To effectively respond to market changes, we plan to operate market condition checks and investment discussions meticulously and establish strategic directions reflecting global IT trends and technological development," adding, "We will build a system that enables swift directional shifts based on data analysis of demand-supply changes and investment profitability, and work closely with the field to enhance execution capability until goal achievement."

Since 2023, SK Hynix has operated a consultative body where all departments predict and discuss market conditions, based on which production, sales, and investment directions have been decided.
