The Only Contract Safety Guarantee System in Pyeongtaek Implemented
BS Hanyang announced on the 21st that it has started sales of 'Pyeongtaek Brain City Sujain' in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do.
This complex introduced by BS Hanyang will be developed on a scale of 6 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with a total of 889 households. The exclusive area consists of 59㎡ (232 households) and 84㎡ (657 households). BS Hanyang has applied the 'Contract Safety Guarantee System' to this complex. If the sales conditions change after the contract, the same benefits will be provided to existing contract holders. This is unique among sales complexes in the Pyeongtaek area. The down payment has been lowered to 5%, and the initial down payment is set at 5 million KRW to reduce the burden on actual buyers.
The sale price averages 14.35 million KRW per 3.3㎡. Including the balcony expansion fee, it is about 14.53 million KRW. The 59㎡ units start at a minimum of 346 million KRW, and the 84㎡ units start at a minimum of 456 million KRW. Additionally, a total of 11 items, including dressing rooms (system shelves and vanity tables), refrigerator cabinets, and kimchi refrigerator cabinets?which are paid options in other complexes?are provided free of charge, offering a practical cost-saving effect.
The transportation conditions are also excellent. The complex is located at the entrance of Brain City, with excellent accessibility to Pyeongtaek Jije Station, where GTX-A and C lines are being promoted, and to Songtan IC on the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway. The demand base is also solid. Samsung Electronics recently confirmed the relocation of its global infrastructure headquarters to Pyeongtaek. In addition, the foundry production line plans to increase its operating rate to the maximum starting in June. Accordingly, expectations for a rebound in the Pyeongtaek real estate market are growing.
Large-scale development projects within Brain City are also active. Ajou University Hospital, scheduled to open in 2030, KAIST Pyeongtaek Campus, opening in 2029, and the Clean Hydrogen Test and Evaluation Center, expected to be completed in 2026, are planned to be established. In addition, private companies such as Hanwha Aerospace and Hite Jinro are also promoting the construction of industrial facilities.
The model house has been set up in the Vision-dong area of Pyeongtaek-si. More detailed information can be confirmed by visiting the model house or by phone inquiry.
