Financial benefits include 60% of the intermediate payment interest-free and a fixed contract deposit of 10 million KRW for the first payment.

Residents of Changwon City or those living in Gyeongsangnam-do, Ulsan Metropolitan City, or Busan Metropolitan City who are 19 years or older, have been subscribed to a housing subscription savings account for more than six months, and meet the deposit amount requirement can apply for first priority subscription regardless of home ownership. There are no restrictions on re-winning or resale, and no obligation for actual residence applies.

Except for some units, most households feature a 4-bay cross-ventilation structure to enhance space utilization. Various storage spaces such as master bedroom dress rooms, alpha rooms, and pantries are provided according to the housing type. Additionally, some units apply an innovative 5-room design including entrance and kitchen pantries, alpha rooms, and beta rooms.

As the largest complex in Jinhae-gu, it is equipped with differentiated community facilities. Within the complex, various exercise facilities such as a fitness center, indoor golf range (including screen golf), and GX room are available, along with convenience facilities including a sauna, small library, reading room, senior citizens' center, kids club, and Moms Station. A partnership with the comprehensive education company Jongno M School provides premium educational services for residents' children.

Hotel-style residential services are also available. Breakfast service is provided within the complex, saving time for meal preparation during busy commuting hours. The small library in the community regularly offers new books and steady sellers through Kyobo Bookstore's book curation.

The complex is located in the Machangjin integrated living zone, allowing convenient access to the infrastructure of Masan, Changwon, and Jinhae areas. Using the Guigok-Haengam national highway bypass road connecting Yanggok-dong, Seongsan-gu, and Seok-dong, Jinhae-gu, it takes about 6 minutes to pass through Jinhae city center. The opening of the Seokdong Tunnel in April last year, connecting Cheonseon-dong, Seongsan-gu, and Seok-dong, Jinhae-gu, reduced commuting time by about 20 minutes during peak hours. Once the Yanggok intersection improvement project around the complex is completed, it will be possible to reach Changwon National Industrial Complex and downtown Changwon within about 10 minutes.

The surrounding infrastructure is well established. Within a 3 km radius, large shopping facilities such as Homeplus Jinhae Branch, Lotte Mart Jinhae Branch, and Hanaro Mart are located, along with administrative facilities including Jinhae-gu Office, Jinhae Health Center, and Changwon Fire Headquarters. Safe commuting is possible with Jinhae Central Elementary School, Jinhae Integrated Middle School (scheduled to open in 2026), Jinhae High School, and Jinhae Girls' High School clustered nearby. It is close to Jinhaeru Beach Park, a representative marine tourist destination in Changwon, where various cultural performances and events can be enjoyed.

Right next to the complex in the Yeojeo district, the Jinhae Advanced Industrial Research Complex is under development. The Jinhae Advanced Industrial Research Complex will house five innovative research institutions including the Korea Institute of Materials Science, Defense Science Research Institute Marine Technology Research Institute, Small and Medium Shipbuilding Research Institute, Gyeongnam Technopark, and Changwon Industry Promotion Agency.

A sales official said, "Changwon Mega City Xi & Weave is expected to become a regional landmark complex where residents can enjoy a premium lifestyle, as it features educational specialized services and innovative designs that have not been seen in the surrounding area before." He added, "With various transportation and development benefits planned nearby and supply at reasonable prices, high interest from buyers is expected."
