Viewing Available from the 21st to April 9
Announcement on April 30... 84,308 Parcels
Seongnam City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Shin Sang-jin) announced on the 21st that it will accept viewing and submission of opinions on the individual official land prices for 84,308 parcels calculated as of January 1, 2025.
The target lands this time are those for which individual official land prices were calculated based on the standard land prices decided and announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and have completed verification by certified appraisers.
Sujeong-gu has 39,981 parcels, Jungwon-gu has 23,276 parcels, and Bundang-gu has 21,051 parcels. Viewing of individual official land prices is available through the Real Estate Public Price Information website or the websites of Seongnam City and each district office.
Landowners or stakeholders who have opinions on the individual official land prices can submit an opinion form to the district office where the land is located by April 9. For lands with submitted opinions, certified appraisers will conduct on-site investigations and reconfirm land characteristics, reviewing the appropriateness including whether the price balance with neighboring lands is maintained. Afterward, the Seongnam City Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee will deliberate, notify the opinion submitters, and decide and announce the individual official land prices on April 30.
During the viewing period, Seongnam City operates the “Individual Official Land Price Certified Appraiser Consultation Service” to enhance transparency and reliability of the individual official land prices. This system allows landowners or stakeholders who have opinions or questions about the individual official land prices to directly consult with the responsible certified appraiser to resolve any doubts regarding the calculation of the individual official land prices.
The service operates until April 9, and consultations by phone or in person are available upon application to the district office’s Citizen Service Division, with on-site consultations provided if necessary. Additionally, the same service will be available during the objection period for individual official land prices from April 30 to May 29.
A Seongnam City official stated, “To ensure the reliability of individual official land prices, we provide opportunities for owners and stakeholders to participate through the Individual Official Land Price Citizen Participation System and the Certified Appraiser Consultation Service. We ask that you be sure to check the individual official land prices and submit any opinions within the deadline.”
