Introduction of Various Water Leisure Programs
Uiseong County in North Gyeongsang Province will launch the operation of the 'Yuljeongho Cheongnyeon Tongsinsa Ship' at the Park Seosaeng and Cheongnyeon Tongsinsa Park near Nakdanbo in Saengsong-ri, Danmil-myeon, starting from the 22nd.
Starting from the 22nd, the "Yuljeongho Youth Communication Ship" will begin operating near Naktanbo in Saeksong-ri, Danmil-myeon, at Park Seosaeng and Youth Communication Park.
The Yuljeongho operates annually from mid-March to mid-November, with six trips daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on Mondays.
The fare is 10,000 KRW for adults and 7,000 KRW for children, with a 50% discount offered to Uiseong residents.
In particular, from May to October this year, the county plans to add various water leisure programs such as jet skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding, and flyboarding, in addition to the existing banana boat, canoe, and water bicycle programs.
Through this, the county aims to provide a more diverse water leisure experience for locals and tourists, creating special memories amid the beautiful nature of Uiseong.
Kim Jusu, the governor of Uiseong County, said, "We plan to operate Park Seosaeng and Cheongnyeon Tongsinsa Park as a waterfront ecological complex space that both residents and tourists can enjoy together," adding, "We will continue to discover various attractions and activities to make it a leading tourist destination in the region."
