Gyeongbuk Sillarion Certified Company 'Nadri Food' Opens Store at Gimhae International Airport

The representative SME certification brand of North Gyeongsang Province, ‘Sillarion’, is accelerating efforts to help outstanding local companies expand into domestic and overseas markets.


Nadri Food Co., Ltd., a Sillarion-certified company in North Gyeongsang Province, opened a new store on the first floor of Gimhae International Airport on the 20th and held a commemorative unveiling ceremony. This entry not only promotes the tradition and quality of SMEs in North Gyeongsang Province but also serves as an opportunity to widely publicize the excellence of the Sillarion brand.

Gyeongbuk Sillarion Certified Company 'Nadri Food' Opens Store at Gimhae International Airport Nadri Food, a Gyeongbuk Silarian certified company, is holding an opening ceremony for its store at Gimhae Airport.

The ceremony was attended by 15 key officials from North Gyeongsang Province, Pulmuone Food & Culture, North Gyeongsang Economic Promotion Agency, and the Sillarion Association, who participated in congratulatory remarks and the unveiling event.


Nadri Food Co., Ltd., the company entering the airport, was founded in 1986 in Yeongju, North Gyeongsang Province. As a business that has carried on traditional flavors for three generations, its signature dishes?Jjolmyeon and pork loin cutlet?have gained great popularity not only among local residents but also nationwide.


Nadri Food Co., Ltd. has already expanded to Terminal 1 and 2 of Incheon International Airport, highway rest areas (Dongmyeong toward Chuncheon, Mungyeong toward Changwon, Andong both directions), and even overseas markets.


Notably, in 2018, the company was selected as a ‘Centennial Store’ by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and received a Presidential Commendation, solidifying its position as a leading SME in North Gyeongsang Province.


‘Sillarion’ is a certification brand operated by North Gyeongsang Province since 1997 to revitalize the regional economy and strengthen SME competitiveness. Each year, companies in North Gyeongsang Province that pass a rigorous screening process are granted the right to use the Sillarion logo and receive various benefits such as promotional support, market development assistance, and financial aid. Currently, 61 companies participate, and the brand has played a solid role as a sponsor for local businesses seeking to expand into domestic and international markets.


In particular, Nadri Food’s entry into Gimhae International Airport is a case that proves the quality and reliability of the Sillarion brand both domestically and internationally. Travelers at Gimhae International Airport can experience the excellence of the North Gyeongsang brand firsthand by tasting traditional Jjolmyeon and pork cutlet at the store.


Jung Heeyoon, CEO of Nadri Food Co., Ltd., expressed his ambition, saying, “Through our Gimhae International Airport store, we will widely promote the traditional flavors of North Gyeongsang and the excellence of Sillarion companies to more domestic and international customers.”


Song Kyungchang, President of the North Gyeongsang Economic Promotion Agency, emphasized, “The airport store will become a new gateway for local brands to enter the global market,” while Kwak Eunhee, Director of Business Support at North Gyeongsang Province, stated, “We hope that many North Gyeongsang companies will gain competitiveness in overseas markets through the Sillarion brand,” adding, “We will continue to provide practical support.”
