Gimpo City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) has completed the investigation, calculation, and verification of individual publicly announced land prices as of January 1, 2025. From March 21 to April 9, the draft individual publicly announced land prices will be available for public inspection, and opinions will be collected from landowners and other stakeholders. The final decision and announcement are scheduled for April 30.
The inspection covers a total of 179,108 parcels. The information can be checked at the City Hall Land Information Division, the Eup/Myeon/Dong Administrative Welfare Centers, and the Real Estate Price Disclosure website. If there are any opinions regarding the draft individual publicly announced land prices, forms can be downloaded from the city’s website, filled out, and submitted in person to the City Hall Land Information Division or the Eup/Myeon/Dong Administrative Welfare Centers, or sent via fax or mail.
For parcels with submitted opinion forms, land characteristics will be re-verified, and a re-investigation will be conducted to ensure that the prices of the applied standard land or nearby land prices are balanced.
The results will be reviewed by the 'Gimpo City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee' and individually notified to those who submitted opinions. The individual publicly announced land prices as of January 1, 2025, will be finally decided and announced on April 30.
A Gimpo City official urged, “Since the individual publicly announced land prices will be used as the basis for national and local taxes and various charges, we ask related landowners to take an interest.”
