Sancheong County in Gyeongnam announced that it will participate in the '2025 Gyeongnam Tourism Expo' to be held at the Changwon Convention Center from the 20th to the 22nd.
At this expo, Sancheong County plans to attract visitors' interest by operating a promotional booth for the 2025 Year of Visiting Sancheong, featuring tourism characters.
In particular, the county will actively carry out tourism marketing activities, including introducing major tourist attractions and the 'San Neomeo Chingudeul' tourism characters.
Additionally, Sancheong County will introduce tourism characters and various goods, and host a range of related events such as SNS subscription events and Sancheong promotional booth posting events to capture visitors' attention.
A Sancheong County official stated, "We will do our best to attract tourists for the 2025 Year of Visiting Sancheong through this expo," adding, "We will continue to step up our promotional efforts so that more domestic and international tourists can visit Sancheong."
Meanwhile, this expo, hosted by Gyeongnam Province and Changwon City and organized by the Gyeongnam Tourism Expo Secretariat KNC, was prepared to seek measures in line with tourism trends and vitalize the tourism industry by promoting excellent tourism resources such as tourism, culture, and festivals in the Gyeongnam region.
