Before the last three players arrived, the team refined their tactics for the Oman match during a closed training session on the 18th, and trained together as a full squad that day. Despite the chilly weather, the players focused on preparing for the match with bright expressions as they coordinated with their teammates. Coach Hong concentrated on raising the level of perfection during the first and last 'full squad training' ahead of the Oman match.

In a previous press conference, Coach Hong expressed confidence, saying, "Although the training time for the national team is always limited, our players are talented enough to learn quickly without needing to spend a lot of time."

Captain Son Heung-min also pledged victory to the fans. He emphasized, "My physical condition is very good. I am maintaining a good state right now," adding, "My role is to create goal chances and convert them into scores. I will not let the fans down."
