Providing Systematic Educational Programs for Korean Language Learners in Vietnam

This agreement was established to promote mutual cooperation between the two institutions in the fields of Korean language education and research, and to expand opportunities for learning Korean through remote education.
Through this partnership, they plan to build an effective Korean language education model by combining Daegu Cyber University's know-how in online Korean language education with Ho Chi Minh City Open University's local educational experience.
Ho Chi Minh City Open University, established in 1990, is one of Vietnam's leading public universities. Based on open education, it offers various learning methods and plays a leading role in the fields of distance and online education.
Through this agreement with Daegu Cyber University, it is expected that more systematic educational programs can be provided to Korean language learners in Vietnam.
Yoon Eunkyung, head of the Department of Korean Language and Multicultural Studies at Daegu Cyber University, said, "Through this agreement, we expect to further improve accessibility to Korean language education and provide an effective online learning environment for Vietnamese learners," adding, "We will continue to strive for qualitative improvement of Korean language education through various international collaborations."
Based on this agreement, Daegu Cyber University and Ho Chi Minh City Open University plan to jointly develop online Korean language lectures, exchange educational content, and cooperate in academic research. In the long term, they are expected to contribute to the expansion of Korean language education in Vietnam and the activation of educational exchange between the two countries.
