On this day, Mayor Kim Dong-geun and the employees gathered in one place to cheer for the games together, enhancing intimacy and seeking ways to improve organizational culture through open conversations.


In addition, they observed various processes and roles carried out at the city level for the successful operation of the international event, having a meaningful time to increase understanding of the organization and strengthen a sense of belonging.


Mayor Kim Dong-geun said, “Organizational culture innovation begins when it is directly experienced and empathized with,” adding, “We plan to continue expanding experiential communication opportunities with employees in the future.”


Meanwhile, the city operates ‘Cafe Mujigae Season 3+’ as part of the ‘High 5’ organizational culture improvement campaign, promoting various programs that enhance collaboration and empathy among employees. Going forward, it plans to expand innovative communication programs based on actual experiences.
