Samcheok City, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Mayor Park Sang-su) announced on the 19th that the Samcheok Tourism and Culture Foundation is conducting a bid for the usage rights of the ‘Isabu Dokdo Memorial Hall D Building Cafe’ until the 31st. Since its official opening, the Isabu Dokdo Memorial Hall has continuously strived to attract domestic and international tourists and promote community participation in cultural and artistic activities through various cultural and artistic projects such as the Isabu Night Cinema and the History Saturday Culture School.
The item for this usage rights bid includes the first floor of the Isabu Dokdo Memorial Hall D Building Cafe (107.73㎡) and the site (107.73㎡), with the permit period lasting 2 years from the date of usage rights approval.
Anyone who registers on the electronic asset disposal system Onbid, completes registration with a certificate issued by an accredited certification authority, and meets the bidder qualifications according to the announcement can participate, provided there are no legal infringements related to facility use, profit, or permit.
This bid is awarded to the highest bidder, and participants must submit bids above the estimated price and complete the payment of the bid deposit through the Onbid site by 6 PM on the 31st.
