Collecting Opinions from Landowners Until April 15
at Six Locations in Buk-myeon, Samseo-myeon, and Donghwa-myeon
Jangseong County will operate on-site offices for boundary consultations regarding cadastral resurvey project districts starting from the 20th in the areas of Owol and Baegam in Buk-myeon, Boseong 1, 2, and Suhae in Samseo-myeon, and Namsan 1 District in Donghwa-myeon.
According to the county on the 19th, the on-site offices will be operated sequentially starting with Owol-ri in Buk-myeon until April 15. County officials and the Cadastral Resurvey Promotion Team of the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Headquarters will collect opinions from landowners and stakeholders to finalize the boundaries.
For the on-site consultations, aerial images taken by drones, boundaries registered in the existing cadastral records, and the results of actual boundary surveys in use will be utilized as basic data. Estimated adjustment payments due to changes in land area will also be provided in advance after appraisal.
Landowners and stakeholders who are unable to visit the on-site offices can inquire at the Cadastral Resurvey Team of the Civil Service Division of Jangseong County or the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation, or visit the Civil Service Division for consultation. An Bohyeon, head of the Civil Service Division, said, "We hope that the boundary consultations will be carried out more smoothly through the on-site offices."
