Strengthening Industry-Academia Cooperation
and Expanding Support for Alumni Companies
The Graduate School Alumni Association of Korea Polytechnic University announced on the 21st that it held the ‘Corporate Exchange Association Vision Declaration and Inauguration Ceremony.’
The event was held on the 14th at Myers Ansan to establish a cooperative system between companies and the university and to support the competitiveness enhancement of alumni companies.

During the event, the main business plans of the Corporate Exchange Association were announced, and appointment letters were awarded to 50 advisory committee members.
The Corporate Exchange Association operates with the goals of △ strengthening corporate competitiveness △ creating a win-win ecosystem among companies △ reinforcing the industry-academic cooperation system. In particular, an advisory committee composed of master’s and doctoral personnel and external experts will be organized to provide customized consulting on management, taxation, environment, labor, technology, and more to alumni companies and family companies. Additionally, a practical support system will be established by visiting companies monthly to listen to on-site difficulties and propose solutions.
With this inauguration ceremony as a milestone, Korea Polytechnic University plans to further strengthen the network between companies and the university and continue active support so that alumni companies and family companies can grow sustainably.
