Supporting Financial Education Programs
BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 18th that it will conduct the 'Pogeunpogeun Financial Education' program in collaboration with the Gyeongnam Regional Self-Sufficiency Center.
The name 'Pogeunpogeun Financial Education' combines the meaning of learning the 'fundamentals' of finance as part of inclusive finance ('Po'yong Geumyung), and also signifies financial education that serves as the 'root' ('Geun') enabling individuals to rise on their own without giving up ('Po'gi).
BNK Gyeongnam Bank plans to dispatch professional financial education instructors to more than 20 self-sufficiency centers in Gyeongsangnam-do by December to conduct the Pogeunpogeun Financial Education program.
