Gwangju City Promotes Customized Consulting and Job Interviews for Bus Crew Employees with KD Transportation Group

Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Bang Se-hwan) announced on the 18th that the Gwangju Job Center and KD Transportation Group will jointly conduct customized consulting and recruitment interviews for bus crew employees.

The consulting and recruitment interviews are scheduled to take place on the 21st from 2 PM to 4 PM at Dorandoran within the Gwangju City Hall building.

In the two recruitment interviews held in the first and second halves of last year, 67 out of 126 interviewees were employed, achieving a 53% employment rate, demonstrating significant effectiveness in job creation and employment within a short period.

Applicants for bus crew positions must hold a Class 1 Large Vehicle License and a bus driving qualification certificate. For those without experience, completion of bus crew training is mandatory. Customized job consulting will be provided based on experience, and on-site recruitment interviews by KD Transportation Group will be conducted.

Additionally, side events such as free resume photo shoots and on-site health consultations (blood sugar and blood pressure measurement, health counseling) are planned.

A Gwangju City official stated, “This recruitment event will provide an opportunity to access extensive information and employment guidelines for bus crew positions, and we will strive to help solve employment issues for middle-aged job seekers through their active participation.”
