Hanwha Aerospace Acquires Additional 64.2 Billion KRW Worth of Shares in Australian Subsidiary

Hanwha Aerospace announced on the 17th that it will additionally acquire 69.8 million shares of HAA No.1 PTY LTD, an investment subsidiary based in Australia, for 64.242524 billion KRW. After the acquisition, the shareholding ratio will be 40%. The scheduled acquisition date is the same day as the announcement. The company stated that the purpose of the acquisition is "to enter the Australian and other global markets through the issuing company."
