Pukyong National University organized this event in collaboration with the Korean-American Educational Commission and Education USA for students, faculty, and local residents interested in studying in the United States.

The "2025 U.S. Graduate School Study Abroad Fair" was held in the Busan American Corner on the first floor of the Mirae Hall that afternoon. More than 20 admissions officers from 11 American universities, including the University of Arizona, set up booths and provided one-on-one study abroad consultations.

Nolan Barkhouse, Consul at the U.S. Consulate in Busan, attended the event and congratulated the Korea-U.S. educational exchange event held at the American Corner. Last September, Pukyong National University opened the first American Corner on a university campus in Korea and has since operated various events in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy.

Earlier that morning, the Fulbright 75th Anniversary Fulbright Scholarship Information Session was held on the first floor of the Dongwon Jangbogo Hall. At this event, the Fulbright Foundation introduced scholarship programs for master's and doctoral studies at U.S. graduate schools, postdoctoral research fellowships, and faculty and professional scholarships, followed by a Q&A session.

Organized by the Office of International Affairs, Pukyong National University prepared this event so that not only students but also citizens of the Busan area could access information on studying in the United States. The university plans to continue collaborating with the U.S. Embassy through the Busan American Corner to operate various events for exchange and communication.
