Shinhan Bank announced on the 17th that it will conduct a public recruitment for a total of 90 general entry-level employees in the first half of this year.
This general entry-level recruitment is divided into general and regional talent categories for personal and corporate finance roles. The public recruitment process consists of document screening, written test (SLT), and first and second interviews.
The SLT evaluates NCS, financial knowledge, and digital literacy, moving beyond simple memorization to comprehensively assess problem-solving skills and understanding necessary for job performance.
This time, a regional talent track has been added to promote diversity in recruitment. Various forms of recruitment, such as leadership hiring, will continue to be developed and additional recruitment will be conducted in the future.
