During this site visit, 20 locations across 8 neighborhoods with major civil complaints and vulnerable areas in terms of safety and living conditions were directly checked to address issues promptly.

In particular, issues such as clearing vacant houses due to fires, illegal parking problems, damaged sidewalk blocks, and road repair requests were inspected together with the heads of the responsible departments by visiting alleyways, and swift solutions were discussed.

Mayor Park Hyung-deok of Dongducheon City stated, “Through on-site inspections, we will realize field-centered communication administration by directly identifying and resolving citizens' inconveniences. Through this, we aim to improve the quality of life for citizens and enhance trust in administration. In 2025, we will continue to view matters from the citizens' perspective and carry out administration by actively engaging on the ground.”
