Transfers Available to Gyeongchun Line, GTX-B, and C Line
Jeil Construction announced on the 17th that it will be launching sales for ‘Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky’ in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do this April.
Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winnersky consists of 4 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 40 above-ground floors, with a total of 702 households. It offers exclusive areas of 70㎡, 84㎡, and 101㎡, and plans to apply a specialized design that enhances indoor space utilization, including a south-facing complex layout and wide distances between buildings.
The complex is conveniently located near Yangju Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1, making travel to Seoul and major metropolitan areas easy. In particular, it takes about 40 minutes to reach Cheongnyangni Station, with transfers available to KTX, Suin-Bundang Line, Gyeongchun Line, GTX-B, and the planned C Line.
Nearby, large-scale industrial complexes such as Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley and Hoecheon Urban High-tech Industrial Complex are planned. Additionally, with the ongoing Yangju Station area urban development project, residential, commercial, and office facilities will be expanded, along with the enhancement of metropolitan transportation networks including Sinpyeonghwa-ro (National Road No. 3) and the planned Seoul-Yangju Expressway.
Specialized designs considering residents’ daily convenience will also be applied. Each household will be provided with an entrance pantry and an individual underground storage room to increase storage space, along with dress rooms and spacious entrances to improve indoor space utilization. The south-facing layout and wide distances between buildings create a pleasant living environment.
Community facilities will include an indoor golf practice range, fitness center, and a small library.
