Sancheong County in Gyeongnam Province announced on the 17th that it had implemented a special price stabilization measure period.
This initiative was promoted to alleviate the financial burden on local residents caused by rising prices and to foster a sound consumer culture.
It was also prepared in anticipation of the 19th National Student Sports Competition for Students with Disabilities and the 54th National Youth Sports Competition.

The main measures included ▲checking the prices of essential goods ▲promoting Good Price Stores ▲supporting local small businesses ▲encouraging the use of local gift certificates ▲establishing sound commercial transaction practices, among others.
Additionally, a campaign was held with the participation of over 100 people, including traditional market merchant associations, the Bareuge Salgi Movement Council, and public institutions.
In particular, promotional activities were carried out to emphasize the importance of maintaining fair commercial transaction practices in markets and nearby shops, urging restraint in price increases, transparent price labeling, and compliance with origin labeling for price stabilization.
County Governor Lee Seunghwa stated, "We will do our best to stabilize prices by expanding the designation of Good Price Stores, revitalizing the Sancheong Love Gift Certificate, and monitoring the prices of daily necessities."
